Upon further investigation, it appears this was Hallmark Design Custom homes. I've exhausted my Google-fu and have come up with nothing except that they appear to have been sued for infringing on another firms design which put them out of business. That doesn't concern me as long as they were good builders. Anyone?

They originally were building in Bridgeland and had to close its doors, due to financial problems with the down turn in the housing market. That is if the company you are asking about is called Hallmark Design Homes.

They were a semi custom home builder and built a good product. Are you looking at a resale that was built by Hallmark Design Homes?

Are you working with an Realtor and inspector to inspect the property?
