Wow, calling me stupid? Grow the hell up and contribute information that actually helps this thread. I have little time for people like you. I'm not afraid to call out pointless comments, and replying by calling me stupid shows how immature you are. You degrade the substance of this site.

if i can post this w/o offending little coma-boy above...

they broke ground on the HEB @ Cinco Ranch/FM1463 on the CCR side this week.
I still think thats a very small tract for a grocery store.

(for those of you who cant figure out where this intersection, is,
i'll draw a map and color code it, maybe a pie chart or two... )

Thanks, guys for the updates! I'd definitely still like to see some graphs and more maps to assist with the location just to be sure. But, I'm glad you guys are staying on top of things. Y'all two be sure to cuddle up real cozy tonight, it's gonna be a chiller!

My wife and I, along with a couple friends, had dinner two nights ago at Little V's Vietnamese Bistro located in the new retail strip off Corbitt/1463. It was their grand opening day. The food was better than expected and the decor is also a nice surprise. Exposed brick wall, pendant lights, acid stained floors, a decent selection of wine and beer and a massive 20 ft mural imported from Vietnam. We spoke to the owners, two Vietnamese girls, who were super passionate about the food they make and how they have plans to expand the menu. It is not as traditional as some of the 'hole in the wall' places you'll find dotted along Bellaire, but it's not over the board Americanized, either. Again, the food was better than the average Vietnamese Pho or Bánh mì cafe. The quality of ingredients was the first thing I noticed, and the preparation of the meats were stellar. Full of flavor...they definitely got the marinade down for the pork.

Pricing is about 20% more expensive than you would find at most smaller sized Vietnamese restaurants and cafes, but considering it's literally in my backyard, it is SOOO worth it. The ambiance is also a bonus.

The negatives I have about it are the waiting staff...we had two people waiting on us asking the same questions. It's as if they were oblivious to who was waiting on who...and there were only a few groups of people in the place. They seriously need to focus on customer service, but considering it was only the first day, I gotta let that one go.

If y'all are in the area, and enjoy Vietnamese/Asian food, I think you're in for a treat. The pork spring rolls are a must before you try anything else. -davy

I just saw this place this evening! Glad it's finally open. I haven't been on 1463 in awhile, and all I can say is WOW, traffic is horrible! It took me 20 mins from around Cardiff Ranch to get to I10.

Little V is so so expensive, I will never go there again.
