Memorial Meadows??? Not Memorial Valley. Area around North Beningus.

Regardless, you,re splitting hairs over 100k when you add in areas like Yorkshire, bayou private sales, or the rash of million dollar new builds going up. 100k isn't a socio-economic game changer. It's a remodel.

Is 77024 always going to be more expensive? YES. Are areas west of Gessner that much more exclusive that 77079. Maybe, but everyone's opinion is going to be different

The funny thing is that I was really trying to find a Memorial Valley neighborhood.

I wasn't trying to give off the impression that there was a big socio-economic difference between kids in these schools. I hope I didn't come off that way. I only wanted to show the OP price comps to help her with any budget concerns.

Both schools are very comparable - I certainly wouldn't bust my budget to get into a MHS zoned house. Some people do purchase just for MHS where they end up house poor, there's not enough justification for that IMO.

With these crazy winds both schools may just blow away & be lost forever. Our kids will have to bunk in with Westside High & we can have an entirely different discussion. What's going on out there?

Edit to add: I just got a comment that I seem like a status climber. Judging another person doesn't define who they are......it defines who you are. Social climber? Lol, I drive an old junker SUV & wear 5 year old jeans with a knee hole. But thanks for the rep though.

So you're saying 20 year old jeans, with frayed leg bottoms and a blown butt cheek are really bad huh?

LOL okay. I doubt wealthy people are trolling CD giving a damn and being all offended.

Which wealthy are you? The less perhaps since you're just so offended

You could say they have that 1980's/Mom jeans kind of flare.

Here they are brand new, long before the knee hole mess.

Stop staring crbcrbgv, I know you're married.
