Same place, har.com, There's a few in each neighborhood available. Great way to test drive the neighborhood and get into the 'know' when it comes to the local real estate market, thats what we did, worked out great.

Exactly. And if you rent for a year you may get priced out by that time. Prices keep going up. However since we don't know your price range you may be fine.

Green Trials is significantly more desirable than West Memorial, assuming you are afford Green Trails.

I would take a house in Memorial, the areas zoned to memorial middle school in SBISD, over Green Trails all day long. Its a no-brainer....but without more specificity its really hard to tell where the OP is looking.
