Where Downtown’s New Residential Tower Will Go » Swamplot: Houston's Real Estate Landscape

There are a few lofts, but this is what is needed to drive the shopping, restaurants, and bars downtown.

Houston House is a dump. I had a buddy who lives there. I did forget about One Park Place.

There is also that place by discovery green. The name escapes me but I remember looking at units there maybe two years ago.

That's one park place. Also the Four seasons has condos that they rent or sale. The firm I work at owns one.

Anyway the OP has a good point though. Our downtown has great potential and having more residences will definitely help.

I have always be surpised that highrises are not popping up in eado.. the location would offer a nice view of DT
