They are a little late to the dance with a lot of those neighborhoods, and I'd say Lower Westheimer is included.

Exactly what is Lower WestH? Do they mean South Montrose? I hate these stupid unsubstantiated rankings, a waste of ink and reading time.

Hipster as in highest concentration of unoriginal white people? I believe it. They've ran plenty of gays out of Montrose over the past few years.

downtown austin has a much higher concentration of college students than any hipper parts of houston. so more douchey. not trying to drag on Austin, which i can do. most of us were at least a little douchey when we are 19-22 years old
