Anyone heard of them? I'm not planning on using them -- but the neighborhood we are looking at has them as one of the builders - wondering if that builder is good or bad or if having that builder as one in the neighborhood will hurt the value? Never heard of them.

League City - mixed in with Gehan and DR Horton homes. They seem pricey but googled it and the main guy used to be with Royce. Just wondering if an unknown builder will take down the home values of an area. Just looked at all their neighborhoods - building at really cheapo prices everywhere other than League City. Hmmm that makes me think that they aren't too valuable of a builder to throw into the mix.

they built in my old neighborhood. they did 4 houses and bailed. market was dead.
they built out CYpress Trace in the champions area. seems like a lower price point builder, not sure about quality.

They do seem as an "entry-home" builder...don't know much about them. I would drive to some of their older neighborhoods and see how their homes are holding up. I just looked up the League City subdivision (Westover Park) and at that price point I would not be too worried.
