Anyone else been experiencing issues in the past few days with crappy service?? My internet loses connection throughout the day and when it's working, it's really slow. Only time it works fine is late at night.

I called them yesterday to report my problem and the idiot told me he was going to work on it and would call me back. Never did. Now they aren't even accepting calls from the area due to power outages.

With this tragic weather we are having it's a wonder you have service at all. I mean the city is shut down, home depot is out of snow shovels and it's freezing outside.

Might want to call comcast.

I live in Colorado and it snowed about 3 inches last night, 0 degree weather, currently at work, roads are all open and my comcast internet works fine.

Comcast is great when it works and I haven't had much issues up here in CO., but back in Houston it was horrible.

The entire city does slow down at once. My Comcast has been pretty solid for the last decade. There have been issues over the years, but all were resolved quickly. The only exception was when some drunk driver drove into one of Comcast's major junction boxes. It took half of the cities internet out for days.

My service has been slower today than normal but me and my gf are both working from home here today and there are at least 10 devices connected to the Internet all getting used today. Part of the bandwidth was getting hogged by DLing some on-demand TV shows.

I believe that is what you call a first world problem.
