Realtor for Spring and Woodlands
Can anyone recommend a realtor that they really liked for the Woodlands and Spring area? I might have to move to Texas without ever visiting the area, so I need to find out as much information as I can. I know that sounds crazy, but it is just the situation I am in right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, any help from members on these areas especially zip code 77379 and the Woodlands would be very beneficial. Thanks for your help.

Kathy and Judy Schilling really helped us out finding our house in 77379, and they are based at Remax in the Woodlands. |

We used the most wonderful realtor who lives in Spring but helped us locate a home in The Woodlands last year. He knows both areas very well. We were so impressed with him that when my sister decided to move here a few months ago, he was her choice. Both transactions went like clockwork. Really thorough while in business mode, knows the area well and also possesses great people skills. I highly recommend him. His name is Ray Larson.

David Hageman with Weichert Realtors is awsome! My husband was already working here for some time and I was in Colorado with my daughters and wasn't to sure where I wanted to be in The Woodlands, he did not push for a realestate transaction. He helped us get into a six month lease just so our family could be together and I could take my time to find the right spot in The Woodlands. He didn't make a single dime for finding us our lease not to mention bending over backwards. He is a blessing to our family! He's the kinda guy you list as your "in-case-of-emergency" contacts. Actually, I think I heard that Judy retired, but Kathy is still there and she is awesome. Very personable, and willing to spend as much time with you as you need. She showed us tons of houses in both Spring and the Woodlands, was very conscious of our needs, and spent a lot of time with us over a period of months and was never frustrated that we were so picky.  |
