Actually there is a new development going in directly adjacent to (west of) existing Riverpark West. My guess is in the same MUD, or connected to their utilities, but potentially with a different development name from RPW. It looks like they are still developing and haven't delivered any lots yet since no homes are currently for sale. It is KB Home developing it. My guess is, with the new development in Riverpark (east) starting at 315k and new homes around FM 762 and 59 now generally starting in the 250s, the new houses adjacent to RPW will be in the upper 200s (e.g., 280k) based on location. It's a slightly better location than FM 762, but doesn't have the Sugar Land address (fwiw). Just my two cents.

You might also look at Longmeadow just off of 99. There are nice new and newer resale options in this sector of the Grand Parkway. I think your price range will offer lots of options. Good luck!

You might also check Longmeadow on 99 south of the Westpark Toll. There are several new and newer resale options in this area of the Grand Parkway. You should easily find something nice within your budget. Good luck!

Williams Ranch Preserve....prices look reasonable for sq. ft, but back in the day, the quality of materials in KB Homes were a hit and miss....many misses...not sure about how they are nowdays though....PRICED FROM $222,995 – $250,995

New Homes for Sale at Williams Ranch Preserve in Richmond, TX - KB Home
