Like a one stop shop. I know in Florida there are a few locations that have Bike trails and the Bike shops at the beginning of the trails rents bikes. You just leave your license or a deposit or something until you return.

Is there any place in Houston that is similar to this?

Nothing for the off-road bike trails, but you can use these to get around the city.

You might ask West End Bicycle store. They have weekly 25-mile group bike rides starting at their store. Another one might be Planetary Bicycle as the owner is usually at the store and might be flexible with your needs.

Bicycles and Smoothies out on Hwy 6. I think they still rent for THP rides.

Bike Barn has rentals as well, but you'll have to pick them up and take them to the parks. Same with Bayou City Adventures.

There are mountain bike trails in Memorial Park. I have no idea where you rent bikes though.
