For anyone considering these, my friend had them build her a house. There were multiple delays, no construction management , changes in the company, problems with technology and specs. She had a DREADFUL time getting the house built, to the point where she nearly walked away from it all. That being said, she had a great inspector who monitored the build and corrected errors as they occurred and now, over a year later she is happily in the house. The problem however, is that she still has to deal with these idiots because she doesn't own the power cell. They do. And mail keeps coming to her location, tied to her property demanding payments, etc for the company. Proceed with caution.

get over yourself OakForest isn't any better. Bars on windows over there as well. This is the big city who are you kidding. Not to mention this area is one of the last places to invest in the city before things skyrocket out of your league!!!

Sorry to hear that. We almost bought from them. They were extremely wishy washy and kept wanting to up the price more and more. Started to get a bad feeling then I did some research and found out how that abandon the project in Pearland and left people high and dry. Ran away from them quickly. Did how ever find another builder to build for us in Independence Heights. It is a revitalization area that is coming around and we love it! I hope she can start enjoying the neighborhood soon.
I am working with community groups and the city counsel and planing commission to get better things for our neighborhood .
Future is looking up!
