the cell phone companies never guaranteed cell phone service inside. read your contract. People just assume. Now if you can't get a signal outside you might have a reason for them to check into it.

I have att and they just added wifi calling for cell phones that are enabled to do such a thing. I know for iPhone that is 6 or 6s (and their pluses) I'm sure there are other brands of newer phones that can do wifi calling.

Anyway I can now call crystal clear inside my house now using my wifi signal. If you are in the market soon for a new smartphone you might look for one that can do wifi calling.

With At&t WiFi calling is currently available only on the iPhone 6, 6+, 6s, and 6s+. It is coming to certain Android devices in the future.

Location location your house is in a newly built area and eventually they will improve Cell service over there, the same happened in Sienna and the City of Missouri City let them build a couple of towers that look like flagpoles over near Ridgepoint High School.
