Does anyone know of any nice neighborhoods in the Klein ISD, not too far from 45? I am looking for a new or newer home over 3500sq. ft. between $300 and $400K . Thanks

Try looking on louetta and spring cypress by Klein Collins high school its about 5 minutes form 45. Also right next to Klein Collins there is A middle school and an elementary school depending on the age of your kids if you have any.

Thanks for all of the advice. My husband is already working in Houston and will be checking out those areas. He wants to know how traffic will be going up to Conroe during rush hour times. Thanks.

Y0u would be going opposite of the traffic. It would be an easy commute most of the time.
