Ok my last post about sharpstown but I just checked the home prices on har and I'm absolutely blown away. Just a year ago you could still find homes less than 100k but it seems those days are gone. The low end ones start at 130k it seems with some even exceeding 200k. Gentrification is in full force.

Just wanted to bring back this thread. Homes in the area are flying off the shelf, even in this economy. Unremodeled homes in the section south of 59 are getting more expensive. Progress is happening in the neighborhood
