There's one on Burning Hills also on the other side of Gessner, but I think the Fondren side of Gessner is pricier.

A "For Sale by Owner" sign just went up on Ariel in Robindell. Looks like a fixer upper but has great mid century bones. It's a 3/1. Looks like an "as is".
