Does anyone have input on this neighborhood? Homes are beautiful, schools are supposed to be good, shopping and restaurants seem to be a stones throw away. Anyone have any info to share?

We loved the neighborhood and Newmark Homes as well. However, from everything I have read on these threads, the schools are not that great. At least the high school is supposed to be rough. Check the schools make up and test scores at www.greatschools.net. It is very helpful.

My sister lives there and loves it! It is peaceful and quiet and you can pretend you are are walking on a hill
lol,if you use your imaginationThe best elementary school in Conroe, Giesinger, and a medium sized affluent neighborhood. I like it a lot, too. They are building upscale townhomes/villas a little bit down the road on Longmire, so if you are planning leasing out those will be your toughest competitors. |
