Thanks . But it is not clear about the elementary of Avalon at riverstone .

This is what written on the page 17
2016-17
Elementary 47 @ Riverstone comes online (Riverstone, excluding The Retreat at Riverstone (to Settlers Way / First Colony), Avalon at Riverstone).

North side of Avalon at University is going to Commonwealth.

South side is going to ES 47.

The Retreat at Riverstone note is their way of screwing the apartment kids and they going to Settlers way instead of ES 47.

You are awsome . Thanks for all these updates . So basically the newer side of Avalon is going to go the ES 47 . I am asking this because one of my friend bought a house there (which is under construction now ) hoping that her kids can go to commonwealth school . I think she is going to Austin pky(grade 1 ) now for this home address . I hope her DD does not have to change school at Grade 3 .

So what is the consensus for the future of Clements and Elkins since it seems these two schools are changing the most?

Status quo for Clements as they adding Telfair, which have a huge educated indian population. Plus, they kick out global studies, which was basically a back door for the other lessor schools to attend Clements.

With Elkins, quite a chunk of the lower end neighborhoods were pushed to Hightower and with the influx of upper income folks in Riverstone, it should definitely improve quite a bit more. I guess that also probably mean the powerhouse football team will probably not be as successful in the future.

Looks like Avalon on South side of University is going to Commonwealth also after ES47 is built.

The dividing line seems to be a bit left after Winding Waters. Right is ES47, left is Commonwealth.
