That means that this project's future is unclear.

How? Especially when a third of it is already under construction/completed.

I was actually asking a question, sorry. BTW, I didn't know that it was under construction. I forgot that Hermes was opened.

They completed a section on the westernmost edge about a year ago.

What stores opened up? I've checked the website, but there aren't any stores listed.

Yeah I saw that about 10 days ago or so on SSP as well.

The part that is already completed do you know what their situation is like so far? Like have they opened up any of the stores yet? Or are they still in the process of getting tenants for this?

Also, I love the design of that Ritz Carlton Hotel, 66 stories of a master piece, and it will be a great addition to the overall Uptown skyline. I'm glad it's been resurrected.

The building will be the second tallest in Uptown, right?

Yes. Really nice design actually.

Here is a glimpse at it:

I would have loved to see the designs taller, but hey if they go through with this, then i wouldn't mind having it at the current height.

The main reason I joined this site was because of new developments, I really like what I am seeing from a lot of cities in our country.

Default BLVD Place

Well I would guess that with a huge vacancy rate for office space in Houston and tons of unsold Condos on the market these buildings are no where near being built. Oh also we are almost getting overbuilt for Hotels in the Houston area.
