Ok, I think we can safely say that 288 is also known as the South Freeway.

Hi all,

Really thanks for your output. Actually it's 288 which is near Brunswick Meadows... So Sugar Land is the best choice? And 2K is only for smaller older homes in Sugar Land? Woo... seems the rental rate is extremely high there...... Actually I just need a 2 bedroom house ONLY......

Cheers,
IYY

There are not too many 2 bedroom houses in Houston. Houses size start at 2,000 sq minimum and smaller homes are 2,500 sq while the bigger ones are 3,500 sq and up. You can always rent an apartment to get settle in if you only want 2 bedrooms. Do search for apartment in houston and you will find quite a few. It will also be cheaper too.

You can also try looking at Pearland or Missouri City but school is definitely better in Sugar Land.

Try southdown subdivision in Pearland. There's some smaller older 2 and 3 bedroom homes there for less than 2k. It's zoned to Challenger Elementary, Rodgers Middle, Barry Miller Jr. High, and Dawson High school, which are all good schools. It would be a really short commute.
