I also haven't heard of relo packages for within-Houston area moves BUT, I do know of families who are taking temporary assignments elsewhere with plans to return and relocate closer to The Woodlands.

I know a few who travel frequently who are sharing an apt during the days they are in town during the week rather than move from where their kids are established in schools, where they've made this lives I.e. Sugar land, seabrook, league city, Richmond. Others are organizing van pools and a few are relocating their homes to closer. It's a good time for luxury apartments in the area right now although most people hate apt complexes springing up too close to their homes.

I know enough that I'm not buying that, but okay. This would be an agree to disagree.

Thanks for everyones help in this thread. We made the decision to purchase a house in Huntwick that has been completely remodeled. The home looks like a HGTV house and is absolutely beautiful.

Home Values had a nice increase in 2014/2015. Sales have been brisk. Thank you Exxon!
