Good Place To Buy A Single Home In The Houston Area With Universities And Hospitals ?
i am from Spain, i try to buy a single home in Texas as an investment for later to rent it, i am considering the Houston area because the affordable prices, could somebody say some good districts, cities, areas etc around Houston or in the same Houston city to buy a home with universities, colleges and hospitals nearby as i want to rent the property, i think is bettter close to these places, this is my criteria.
affordable prices from 100000 to- 150000 dollars
lowest crime rate as possible
not too much risk of hurricanes, cyclons, tornadoes, etc
maximum 45 min. drive from downtown Houston
close to universities, colleges and hospitals
not too bad neibourghoods
i hope somebody can give to me some information, excuse my bad English, thanks and greetings from Spain.
