Entry door with glass is not the safest choice when it comes to home security. Burglars look for homes that have glass in or around the front door because if they can break the glass, they gain access to the rest of the home by simply reaching in and unlocking the door from the inside. You might have to consider installing two sided deadbolts (they are not a wise option for a fire or another emergency).
Or you would need to look for a door with reinforced glass or glass bricks.

Here is another link to secure door. Email for dealers and about installation. I think they might be more expensive than the doors from above link.

We have this glass door and it's impossible to break through the glass even with a baseball bat.

Shop LARSON Secure Elegance White Full-View Laminated Security Glass Security Storm Door (Common: 36-in x 81-in; Actual: 37.62-in x 80-in) at Lowes.com

We had Lowe's install it for a total of about $500 (including cost of door).

you need to also upgrade your screws which hold the door to the jam.. you can do this at home depot for about $5

then you can buy steel reinforced door hinges & matting plates.. so instead of your locks going into about 1/4" of hardwood, its cased in stainless steel.. impossible to kick. for added security you can also add door guardians.

replace locks with deadbolts (key on each side) and it will be next to impossible to kick in the door.

when all the break-in's were going on I did all this since my wife is a stay at home mom.. and it worked very well at minimal cost.
