Huh? Fite road runs east to west, it might divide the north and south sections, but not the east and west sections. Fite runs from McClean to Cullen.

1128 is definitely possible. I don't know what would divide it evenly.

All of Pearland has various good family neighborhoods, imo.

I don't see the railroad tracks as the dividing line, btw, as that is east given the Shadow Creek Ranch development that is west now. I guess I would put the dividing line at McClean.

Here's a map.

nana is correct. There is not significantly more crime on the west side. I track crime in Pearland too through PPD's P2C website.

Personally i use the rr tracks as my east west divider. May not be the technical divider but it's the one I use from growing up there.

Most people I've meet and Pearland always consist of folks who grew up on the east side or folks who moved to the west side. I haven't met anyone clamoring to buy anywhere east of Silverlake/Sedona, but I do know a well know Pearland resident who relocated to the westside SCR.

Does anyone think Alvin ISD (which includes SCR) should consolidate with Pearland ISD? That way school attendance boundaries can be re-adjusted to better serve people in west Pearland.

Remember Fort Bend ISD is a merger of Sugar Land ISD and Missouri City ISD!

doubt it because their building a new high school over there, alvin isd is getting better also

even pearland isd and clearlake ISD have some low scoring schools.

fortbend isd has bad rating if you live close to 288 but sugar land side its great most schools are 9s & 10s.

are your kids in alvin and you have bad experiences ?
