Considering they already have 1-2 residents in there, and have sold 40+ Lots...yes people are buying in there! They just had their grand opening to the public last weekend, I belive. I have a realtor friend buildingin there, and am considering moving there myself. They actually care about keeping their trees, which is really important to me. I think it's going to be a fantastic community!

It does seem like it's going to be really nice - love that they are keeping so many trees. People were talking about train noise there but I didn't really think it was that bad.

The train is there and not going anywhere. There's a no horn zone through there. I have been there a couple of times when the train came through, and the train isn't that bad. If a teI. Is going fast, it might be louder. If it's going slower then will be quieter. They only come through a handful of times a day. Don't buy or build right nect to the ticks and you should be fine.

My wife and I will probably end up building our next home there, as well. Really wish we would have waited, as we love the Darling model!

Any chance they'll leave build that media room but leave it as unfinished attic?

That's the route I'd go if I had the choice.

Is anyone concerned about the designated drill site parks in The Groves?
