There is yet another mattress store planned on 1463 so doubt they would open one there, oh wait..

Between the Dentists, Veterinarians, Cleaners, Nail Salons, and goodwill stores they pretty much have the area saturated.

FM1463 is getting a Starbucks, UPS store, sushi place, and taquito joe's (?).

Ya that's coming over on 1463 near Cinco Ranch... along with a cleaners, dentist, nail place, and veterinarian as well as a realtor outfit and a coffee shop on the end.

They're building a new park on Grand Parkway near Cinco Ranch Blvd.

Parks all over the place with playground equip.

Your kids need to be outside.

I'd like to see an Auto Zone, Advanced Auto, O'Reilly's, or NAPA parts store near this area personally. Closest ones are either in old Katy or all the way down on Mason between 1093 and I-10. We have enough nail salons and dry cleaners already.

There's a Monkey Joes up in Katy around Kingsland/Mason area. But it would be nice to see one closer.

I have spoken to AutoZone and O'Reilly and they have no plans as of now.

Still working on them though.
