My family and I will likely be relocating to the Houston Area in the next 3-6 months. We are very interested in the community of Benders Landing Estates. We have 2 young children (5yr & 1.5yr) and want to be sure that we move to a community that is family friendly and has other children in that age range. We've driven through the community on several occasions and are concerned that this area may be more weighted towards older couples/ retirees.

We would greatly appreciate any information on the area!

Thanks,
BigDaddy2

We just closed on our lot a few weeks ago and our children are 6 and 1. We met 2 of our neighbors already and they each have 2 kids and around the same age as ours. One weekend we drove to check out the clubhouse and the basketball court, tennis court and baseball fields were packed with kids ages ranging from 4 to early teens. We also saw lots of kids riding bikes on the sidewalk trail. There's a lot of oil and gas employees and engineer employees with families there with young kids so you guys will be just fine.

Have you looked into fall crreek? Tons of young families and kids there.

My boss lives in benders landing, and it seems like an older group.

We will be moving into our house next week. We have a 4 y/o and an 8 y/o. Many of our neighbors all have kids and most are younger children, with some teenagers. Lots of young families in the neighborhood.
