Does anyone know what the property tax rate is in the Fairfield Community in Cypress? How about the yearly HOA dues? Thanks.

I believe HOA is approx 850.00 and taxes are at 3.48.

Reno...check out Longwood Subdivision...off 290 & Huffmeister area. Nice homes in great community...HOA around $700, base tax rate of $2.91.
