someone at work tells me that toll charges are going to increase on Grand Pkwy (US 99) on Segment E (Between I-10 and I-69) from 35 cents to 50 cents. Is that true ?

Segment E is just between I-10 and 290. I-10 to I-69 is segments E, F, and G.

I think the OP means 10 to 69 south which is segment D. Those are currently all 35 cents. Segment E has varying rates.
