Commute time from Atascocita to downtown, Greenspoint or Galleria (Houston: employment, live in)

Hello, I might be moving away from Houston this year , currently live in Atascocita and work near IAH, so my commute is only 11 miles or roughly 20-30mn.

Can anyone tell me during traffic, going in between 7 and 8am and leaving work between 5 or 6pm, what the traffic is like from Atascocita to some of the other major employment areas, specifically Greenspoint, Downtown or Galleria? My current employer has many jobs in the Galleria which is where I would go if I stayed in Houston.

I do not have the kind of job that would take me to either Med Ctr or NASA, so those areas are pretty far and out of my scope of business.

I also live and work in the Atascocita area.
I do a lot of commuting to these areas so these are pretty good estimates.

Atascocita to Greenspoint: 35-40 min. (Rankin Rd. area)
Atascocita to Down town: 45 minutes (George R. Brown area)
Atascocita to Galleria: over an hour in the morning and even longer in the afternoon.
