And yes... they are. It's smack dab in the middle of the heights and rice military. The ball was dropped on that development.

Washington isn't smack dab in the middle of the heights. Are you geographically challenged? There is a large interstate that separates the heights from washington. The noise, traffic and their issues of Washington aren't impacting the heights.

What you really mean is when you are called out for being incorrect you don't know why you respond? That's the more accurate version because Washington isn't smack dab in the middle of the heights.

No, the original housing in Cottage Grove was frankly much dumpier and of less value to the current market, which is why so much of it has been replaced by townhomes.

Cottage Grove doesn't have the community that Heights does, and it is not walkable at all. Right next to each other, but very different.

can you elaborate how different? i just noticed many old homes combined with new townhouses just like heights
