I am looking for public outdoor stairways in the Baytown TX area to use for running working out.
If anyone knows of such a place I'd greatly appreciate a point in that direction!! Please and thank you!

Usually the track area is open to the public but it depends on the stadium.

Anymore, most, if not all, stadiums are locked up due to the potential for vandalism. In the Humble school district (includes Kingwood and Atascocita), the only tracks that are available are at middle schools. You certainly won't find any stairs to run there. It's getting to be a problem in most areas now, and finding a track to do running workouts at is getting harder and harder to do. I hope you have better luck in the Baytown area, but I'm not optimistic. Sad issue of living in a region where hills are nonexistent and finding any sort of incline, short of a parking garage, is nearly impossible.

Default the struggle

I have checked with the only stadium i know of in baytown. They keep it under heavy lock and key, also I spoke to a worker putting in railing there and the stairs are not the kind of the stairs for that kind use, very long like "step, two long strides then step". I've googled, i've google mapped, i've looked around. The search continues.
