Ipuck,

Sometimes you really tick me off. Other times you really make me laugh. Thanks

A rapper, Slim Thug lived around the corner from us a couple of years ago. His house got foreclosed not too long after he moved in. They used to stop traffic videoing in the street.

I went to Spring High School and after that I lived in Cypress Station, but left there about 22 years ago.
While I was there the neighborhood wasn't bad at all. Over the last 22 years however that area has transformed quite a bit. I still know some people that work in the area and am aware of increased crime rates which can be unsettling. If it were me, and you were determined to live there, I woul definitely rent vs. buying and be sure to get renters insurance and an alarm if possible

You need to allow some little Crip toddlers into your white daycare to man lookout and security for protecting the little pasties.

Where are the warnings for Fort Bend also? Robberies galore at daycares there:

Rampant crime in Fort Bend!

I don't know about I-45 and 1960
But damn, there seems to always be something going on at 1960 and Aldine Westfield (3 miles East)

That area has been low income for zillion years now.

From trailer park white folks to low income Hispanics, and now mostly Katrina refugees that permanently rely on government assistance.

You are obsessed with race dude,
I used har.com to see the houses East of I-45 in that area, almost all the houses in that area are under $200k

Has nothing to do with race, has everything to do with income.

Katrina happened over 10 years ago. Will people still be talking about this in 2020? Come on...

People are still talking about this because they never left and became our problem. You and I are still paying for them, and more than likely will pay for their 5 kids and their 22 grandkids.
