Default Westheimer Place Subdivision
Does anyone have any opinions of the Westheimer Place Subdivision located between Westheimer Rd. & the Westpark Tollway about 1 1/2 miles west of Highway 6 and the West Oaks Mall? I've found some attractively priced homes & I want to know what the catch is. Is this a high crime area? Whats the flood risk like? How bad of a commute should I expect to work in Stafford?

Im faimilure with that area, but not westheimer place. I have friends living all around there....
what are the cross streets nearby ?
