This reminds me that my sister uses a cat litter scoop to flick/throw dog poop back over into her adjacent neighbor's lawn, as said neighbor's little dog is let out on its own to do its thing. While it irritates my sister, she is still friendly with the neighbors. (Their dog is little, too, which I'm sure makes a difference. Much more contentious issue dealing with big piles.)
