Default Profound change of thought in Baytown

City leaders have a different stance regarding Baytowns way doing buisness. Amazingly, they voted NOT to build another public housing complex. They were springing up like crazy around town. Of course, there were some bleeding hearts whining about this "coldhearted" decision. Baytown leaders countered that Baytown has 2.5 times the average number of public housing units already....

Thats not all, either. Garage sale restrictions (not eliminated, just controlled, no more 5 day long sales, for example), litter ordinances, and parking in front yards have all been addressed lately. Of course, more crying and whining is taking place. I am amazed Baytown is cleaning up it's trashy act, waaaaay too late, in my opinion, but welcomed nonetheless. I applaud these decisions.
