I've definitely heard stories about the Woodlands, BUT...

Last time I checked, "white" as far as census measuring goes means Middle Eastern, South American, Scandanavian, Spaniard, and stereotypical Texan-American-Czech-German-Anglo among many others including mixes between all of those. But I guess there's no cultural ''diversity'' in those people because they're all ''white.''

The OP does not want any area that is more than 70% any one race. Of those on the list, the only one I know of that is would be The Woodlands. If you are familiar with other areas on the list that are more than 70% any one race, perhaps you could share that knowledge with the OP.
