Houston has the World record for people that whine the most about the weather

If it's hot, people whine
if its cold, people whine
If it's dry, people whine
If it's raining, people whine

Tell me one temperature where nobody in Houston complains about

Default Jazzed about cooler weather!

I have a mountain of outdoor projects lined up!

Working outside in cooler temps beats slogging around with sweat dripping off me for hours.

Fall garage clean up! Again who has garage AC? (not me)

Afternoon on the patio with a drink and a snack!

Come on low 80's temps!

And many women use it as an excuse to put on their expensive boots!

I'm sure the smell of cedar burning will also be in the air in my hood.

The average high is 88 degrees in September and 81 in October. So cherish the brief moments where we won't be swimming in humidity.

Fall Will Finally Arrive in Houston | Houston Press

Huh??? I am confused...
How frigid is 65F or how nippy is mid-80's?
It was tongue-in-cheek.

Morgues and cemeteries too. Everyone seems to be dying to go to those. At least the neighbors are always quiet.

I enjoy watching the folks visiting Houston from Mexico City in summer. Their jackets and leather coats are sensible for their summer weather (rainy and cool at 7400' altitude) but not here -- although it is a stylish look.

I'm looking forward to that being practical attire here again!
