Default How To Find Gardener, Light Housekeeper

When our home closes in April, we will be needing to find a gardener for basic lawn care, etc, while we locate a tenant, and also during the tenant period to ensure the grounds are maintained. In addition, to keep the home looking its best while we secure a tenant, we would need someone to keep the windows sparkling, dust bunnies to a minimum, etc.

The home is in Conroe. Do any of you have any recommendations, or can point us in the right direction?? How much should we expect to pay? We
have a guy who takes care of our front yard every two weeks here in Northern CA, and we pay him $40 per month

We have a crew that comes weekly and does front & back...mow, edge & blow for $30.00 per week. They will do the ocassional hedging when asked, at not additional charge. We have used them for 7+ years and had no major issues. Were located in the Spring/Klein area....hope this helps put things in perspective.
