Considering a relo to the magnolia area. A lot of the areas seem to be on septic systems. Would this be a reason to shy away from a particular home? Also concerned I may get a bit bored. I live about 20 miles from downtown currently so doesn't take long to get anywhere and very suburbia where I am. Magnolia is probably 45-50 miles from downtown and isn't quite as suburbia so nothing seems to be right on the corner. Any current residents that can comment on life in magnolia area?

No, I don't live in Magnolia, but I'm there frequently. Magnolia is part country, part suburbs. It depends where you going to live. M starts right behind TW, you have things to do there, if you need some entertainment. Of course TW is not downtown.

I don't have any issues with house on septic. Never had any issues with septic before. And I'm building one just now:-)
Personally, I like M a lot, but I'm introvert and hate crowds:-) If you like to do things and go out, I would not consider M, or really look right next to TW.
Good luck
