My dh job is relocating to Richmond near hwy 99. We are looking for apts in or near new territory.
Pls suggest some good apts.
priority safe, good elementary school

I have heard good things about Fairmont First Colony, which isn't too far away.

Broadstone, which is the only apartment complex actually in New Territories is kind of showing its age, and I have heard complaints.

Telfair lofts is beautiful, and brand new, and close to the New Territories, but must be very expensive.
