Classwise, about the same. It's further away from the Houston city line, so the area is slightly better. But not much difference IMO.
Barrington has a mix of older and slightly older homes depending on the section. Covington homes are all older.

We live in the area but if I were you and still interested in purchasing out here, Glen Laurel, Woodbridge & Gannoway Lake Estates are decent, newer neighborhoods that aren't as established as Covington/Greenbriar/Imperial Woods.
