She does have a point there:

Quote:
Dani Alexander calls the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo "an embarrassment to Houston."

The activist says animals are being beaten, strangled and loaded into trucks to be slaughtered. And on the rodeo's first weekend, she posted photos on Facebook from a protest she organized outside NRG Park.

"Animal cruelty is NOT entertainment," she writes. "If you love and respect animals please never visit the rodeo including the concerts and carnival."

If we treated everyone as well as those rodeo animals get treated, the world would be a better place.

Its like with abortion. If you think a fetus is a baby then killing it is murder, if you don't then its ridiculous that someone wants to interfere in your medical decisions. If you think animals have feelings then killing them in any fashion is murder, if not then its ridiculous that you are interfering in my sport/eating etc.

I don't mind eating the chickens--they know they have it coming. Cows and pigs probably shouldn't be eaten but I sometimes don't refrain.

Typical news media puppet show,
