Default Prices in Cinco Ranch South West

Hi, I was looking to buy a house in Cinco South West. Could anyone advise on reasonable prices. Is a cost in the range of $95/sq.ft - $ 100 /sq.ft reasonable? Would appreciate advise in this regard.

Regards

Harry

That was the going rate a year ago when I looked in Cinco, Seven Meadows and Grand Lakes. I ended up paying $108/sf in Cinco for new construction.

We think we got a great deal with the builder (don't we all! hehe) and paid $82/sq ft in Cinco SW last year.

I assume at $95 to $100 a sf you are looking at single story homes. Two story homes can be had for much less a square foot (cheaper to build up than out). And whether or not you build or buy one already built can make a big difference too. When you build, you can add a lot more to the price with upgrades. I added 45K in upgrades to my house, and I could have easily spent a lot more :-(. Now my neighbor bought a house that was already built (the original buyers backed out at the last minute) and she offered over 30k less than the builder was asking - which they accepted. So her 2500 sf home ended up costing less than my 2000 sf home.

I had recently bought a home from David Weekly and the price was around 89/sq ft. I bought the home from Ray Barton(2818518253) of David Weekly. He was extremely helpful and provided us exceptional service when compared to other builders in that area with the experience i had talking to other builders there. I would certainly recommend to talk to Ray Barton.
