Hi,

Looking for help, please.

What are good middle / upper middle class subdivisions in Pearland? What is the difference between East and West Pearland? What is absolutely the best elementary school in Pearland? Thank you much!

Many subdivisions are good, so I can only say we love our Southwyck IV neighborhood of Huntington Park.

The elementary schools are all good, but I like Massey Ranch Elementary (which we are zoned to) for the International Baccalaureate program. It is the only elementary school which has that in Pearland.

East Pearland is the older part of Pearland. West Pearland is the newer part of the town. East Pearland tends to be a bit more rural and spread out whereas west Pearland is more urban and more crowded. If you want opinions on various parts of Pearland, you might try posting on pearland.com
