Looking for recommendation for Home Inspectors ..

Property is one year old - Built by Perry Homes
Around 5500 sft - builder warranty is expiring in couple of months

Any recommendations on specific items to be examined?
Do we also need a foundation/roof inspection as the house is almost new?

Appreciate your comments.
ALso if you can recommend any specific agency based on your experience.

THanks

I had Chuck Evans with Homecert do my inspection a few months ago on a Perry in Cypress. He is great and even the PM was impressed.

Does anyone else have any recommendations? I contacted Chuck at Homecert and he's booked until June 14th. I'm looking for an inspector towards the middle to the end of next week for a pre concrete pour inspection. So if anyone knows someone reputable please let me know!

Thank you!

Taylor Sealy

We used him for two different home inspections, and were impressed by his thoroughness. He is particularly knowledgeable of foundation problems, and has the tools to actually measure your foundation for any issues. Having actual measurements is helpful, especially as you can check again after a few years and see how things are moving, and possibly head off any trouble.
