Closer to $250,000 is Heights, Lazybrook, Timbergrove, Garden Oaks, Norhill, Woodland Heights & midtown. Possibly Montrose if you are lucky and not too picky.
Under $200,000 look at Lindale Park, Oak Forest, Idylwood, Westbury, Willowbend, Willowbrook, Post Oak Manor, Glenbrook Valley, & Eastwood. Sometimes Heights.

Museum district south of 59 near Rice is above that price range, as is most of closer in Braeswood. Afton Oaks, Mid Lane, & those areas are also going to be above that price point.
