Hi All,

I'm looking at buying a town home off of Holly Hall and Cambridge. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them? Specially I'm looking at a town home in One Montreal Place (off of El Paseo) and one in the 8299 Cambridge St. Complex.

My concerns are as follows, in addition to general neighborhood information. From what I can tell, at least some part of the One Montreal Place complex flooded with Harvey. I know that Harvey was an outlier, but I also know that flooding will continue to be a concern in Houston. I don't know enough about this area to know if it floods consistently. Also, one of the units has an old set of security bars on the windows. The crime in this area should be fairly low, correct? Given they don't have a key, I would be tempted to just pull them off.

Thanks!
