I am looking at a house in Waterside Estates. How is the community? How are the schools? What is the proximity to shopping/grocery? Did any of the houses flood during Harvey? How are the houses, that were built by Perry in the 2000s, holding up?

Since you want a predominantly white neighborhood, Waterside Estates is most certainly not the place for you. There is abundant shopping and grocery choices though.
