is it humid? one time I lost 9 pounds during a morning practice with just shorts and a helmet

weighed in at 237 weighed out at 228 - gotta love texas football in august

No it wasn't humid. It was low 80s and pretty comfortable. Its supposed to low(er) humidity all day today but in the 90s so still warm.
